This remote position allows you to operate professional printing and heat press machinery from the comfort of your own home, bringing our unique custom apparel designs to life with precision and care. 📋 Key Responsibilities Machine Operation: Setup, calibrate, and operate company-provided digital printers and heat press equipment efficiently. Alignment & Pressing: Ensure perfect placement, temperature control, and timing for high-quality transfer applications on apparel. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of finished garments to meet MotifTales’ standards, preventing defects such as misalignment, peeling, or color inconsistencies. File Management: Review and manage incoming customer job orders and digital print files with accuracy. Inventory Control: Track and maintain stock levels of blank apparel, inks, and shipping materials within your home workspace. Order Fulfillment: Package completed orders securely and prepare them for courier pickup or distribution. 🛠️ Job Requirements Proven Experience: At least 1–2 years operating heat presses, DTF, or sublimation printing equipment. Technical Aptitude: Strong knowledge of fabric types, heating profiles, and print alignment techniques. Dedicated Workspace: A safe, well-ventilated home environment with sufficient electrical capacity for commercial printing machinery. Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on color accuracy, crisp design transfers, and defect detection. Self-Management: Highly organized and able to meet strict production deadlines independently.
