Key Responsibilities Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Administer prescribed medications and monitor health status, reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Plan and organize recreational and engaging activities tailored to the client's interests. Maintain accurate documentation of client care and report on progress to supervisors. Help manage household tasks such as light cleaning and organizing to ensure a safe environment. Collaboration with family members and healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans. Required and Preferred Qualifications Technical Nursing Degree with relevant certification. Strong interpersonal skills including compassion, patience, and effective communication. Proficient in First Aid and basic life support techniques. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a caregiving or healthcare support role is preferred.
