Key Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of patient rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, and other hospital spaces. Adhere to established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure high hygiene standards. Restock cleaning supplies and promptly report equipment malfunctions or shortages to supervisors. Conduct periodic deep cleaning tasks, following strict infection control practices. Coordinate with nursing staff to prioritize cleaning based on patient care needs and hospital activities. Maintain clear communication with team members and participate in regular team meetings. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the hospital environment. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in cleaning roles, preferably in healthcare or hospital settings. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safe handling procedures. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good physical stamina and capability to lift or move heavy items as needed.
