Carry out periodic deep cleaning tasks in line with infection control practices. Coordinate with nursing staff to prioritize cleaning based on patient needs and hospital activities. Maintain clear communication with team members and participate in team meetings. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the hospital environment. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in cleaning roles, preferably in healthcare settings. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good physical stamina and capability to lift or move heavy items as needed.
