Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression that reflects our hotel’s high standards.

  • Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation at shift end.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure timely room availability and service quality.
