Job description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our dynamic team in Omaha, Nebraska. As a key player in our Human Resources department, you will support overall HR operations in a fast-paced environment within our growing organization. Your contributions will directly impact our workforce by ensuring smooth HR processes and fostering a collaborative workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Manage payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, providing them with information, training, and resources needed for a successful start. Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies and procedures, resolving any concerns promptly and effectively. Support scheduling and logistics for training sessions and company events to enhance employee engagement. Work collaboratively with other departments to facilitate team projects and initiatives aimed at improving workplace efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field. Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent time management and communication abilities. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and customer service orientation. Prior experience in an HR role is preferred, though not mandatory. In this role, you will work within a supportive team structure, collaborating with HR specialists and managers to drive efficiency. You will report directly to the HR Manager, allowing for plenty of opportunities to learn and grow within the company.
