SKYLINE CONSTRUCTIONS is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join our team in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, India. This full-time role is crucial in supporting our human resources functions and enhancing employee relations within the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. Facilitate effective communication across departments regarding HR policies, procedures, and updates. Assist in employee relations management to promote a positive and productive work environment. Support recruitment efforts by screening candidates and coordinating interviews efficiently. Onboard new employees and conduct orientation sessions to ensure smooth integration into the company. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve HR practices and employee satisfaction. Collaborate with HR team members to implement HR initiatives and programs aligned with organizational goals. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Strong communication skills to enhance collaboration and employee engagement. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction with staff at all levels. Organizational skills to efficiently manage HR documentation and processes. Proven experience in HR documentation and reporting practices. Experience in employee relations management is highly preferred. The HR Executive will report directly to the HR Manager and work closely with various departments to ensure HR strategies support the company’s objectives. This position is not eligible for remote work and requires presence at our Sivakasi office.
