Asclepius Wellness Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience supporting HR functions in a collaborative environment focused on professional growth. Key Responsibilities Assist with recruitment by screening resumes and coordinating interviews. Support onboarding processes including orientation and preparing welcome materials. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases for accuracy. Help organize company events, workshops, and training sessions. Participate in employee engagement initiatives and collect feedback to improve workplace culture. Assist with payroll processing and timely communication of payroll information. Contribute to HR projects with innovative ideas and solutions. Required and Preferred Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Previous HR or internship experience is a plus. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. You will report directly to the HR Manager and collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to fostering a positive work environment and employee development.
