Delhi Haat Cottage Emporium is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Delhi, India. Key Responsibilities Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent aligned with company goals. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance individual and team performance. Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues to maintain a healthy culture. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop strategic hiring plans. Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain up-to-date HR knowledge. Prepare and analyze HR metrics to evaluate program success and employee engagement. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in improving employee experience and engagement initiatives, working closely with employees at all levels and partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. Success will be measured by improved employee retention, effective recruitment outcomes, and positive employee feedback. Required and Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in human resources management. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in HR software and systems.
