Key Responsibilities Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent aligned with organizational goals. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies that promote a positive and productive work environment. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance individual and team productivity. Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues to sustain a healthy company culture. Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and create strategic hiring plans.
