Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including job postings, interview coordination, and timely candidate communication. Partner with HR colleagues on employer branding initiatives to boost company visibility and appeal to prospective employees. Analyze recruitment data and metrics to refine hiring strategies and improve recruitment outcomes. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Proficiency with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration. Demonstrated leadership abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for managing recruitment data effectively. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
