Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures aligned with local labor laws and company goals.
- Manage recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding to attract top talent.
- Coordinate employee relations initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts efficiently.

What We’re Looking For
Required:
