E.C.F.SA is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interviews. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Support onboarding and training programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration. Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and maintain open communication channels for feedback. Assist with performance appraisal systems and employee development programs. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Collaborate with department heads to resolve employee relations issues and support workforce planning. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration. Proficiency in HR software including applicant tracking and HR information systems. Minimum 3 years of HR experience preferred; entry-level candidates with relevant internships considered.
