Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance for two seniors with high medical needs.
- Monitor physical and mental health conditions daily, documenting intake, outcomes, and changes to ensure timely communication with healthcare providers.
- Support clients with prescribed exercises to maintain and improve mobility and overall well-being.
