Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of electricians, ensuring strict compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. Coordinate and oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including MV 1–15 kV equipment. Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and efficient resource allocation. Perform on-site inspections to guarantee adherence to industry regulations and workplace safety standards. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to the electrical team. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and labor hours for accurate reporting. Promote a collaborative work environment with open communication among team members and other departments. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical Foreman or similar role, specializing in MV 1–15 kV systems. Relevant certifications such as Electrical License and OSHA Safety Certification are highly preferred. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety regulations, and compliance standards. Proficiency with industry-standard project management and documentation software.
