Infor HCM Consultant Contract - Houston, TX

Hari Cornucopia Tech Private Limited is seeking an experienced Infor HCM Consultant for a contract position based in Houston, Texas, United States. This role is essential for helping organizations optimize their human capital management (HCM) systems to improve HR operations and employee management. Key Responsibilities Implement and configure Infor HCM solutions tailored to client business requirements. Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients and internal teams on Infor HCM usage. Analyze existing HCM systems to identify improvement opportunities and recommend strategic enhancements. Collaborate closely with clients to gather detailed HR requirements and deliver customized solutions. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for deployed HCM applications. Manage project schedules and deliverables ensuring timely and successful completion. Develop and present detailed documentation including system features, user manuals, and training materials. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven hands-on experience with Infor HCM software implementations. Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices. Industry certifications in HCM or HR-related fields are advantageous. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other HR software tools. 5 to 8 years of professional experience in HCM consulting or similar roles preferred. This contract role offers remote work flexibility and requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including project managers, HR specialists, and IT support to ensure client success. The position reports directly to the Consulting Manager. Compensation: $100,000 per year
