MWD Kit is seeking a detail-oriented Information Management Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This full-time role supports critical business operations by efficiently collecting, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining data and records to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in databases and information management systems.
  • Review documents and records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Verify data and correct errors or discrepancies promptly.
  • Organize and manage both electronic and physical records securely.
  • Process incoming information and ensure proper documentation.
  • Generate detailed reports and summaries for management and departments.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive customer, employee, and business information.
  • Adhere to established procedures for data security and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with document retrieval, filing, and records management tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance data processing workflows and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in data entry, records management, administrative support, or information processing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
