Job description
MWD Kit is seeking a detail-oriented Information Management Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This full-time role supports critical business operations by efficiently collecting, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining data and records to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in databases and information management systems.
- Review documents and records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Verify data and correct errors or discrepancies promptly.
- Organize and manage both electronic and physical records securely.
- Process incoming information and ensure proper documentation.
- Generate detailed reports and summaries for management and departments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive customer, employee, and business information.
- Adhere to established procedures for data security and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with document retrieval, filing, and records management tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance data processing workflows and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry, records management, administrative support, or information processing.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
