Company is seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Miami, Florida office. This full-time role focuses on servicing and managing renewals for existing insurance accounts without sales pressure. The ideal candidate will have a Florida 2-20 or 4-40 license, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Manage renewals for existing insurance policies to ensure continuous coverage. Rewrite insurance policies as needed to optimize client coverage. Present coverage options clearly and effectively to clients based on their needs. Address client inquiries and resolve policy-related questions or concerns promptly. Deliver outstanding customer service to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Work collaboratively with team members to improve service processes and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and policy modifications.
