Company is hiring a dedicated IT Support Technician in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India . Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals for optimal performance. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues to end-users. Monitor system performance and security; implement updates and changes as needed. Perform regular data backups and recovery procedures to safeguard sensitive information. Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, processes, and troubleshooting protocols. Collaborate on IT projects to ensure successful planning and execution. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance support services. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Proven skills in installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems. Strong understanding of networking concepts, backup, and recovery strategies. Experience with diagnostic tools and troubleshooting methodologies. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent preferred. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar IT support role is advantageous.
