MRCC is looking for a skilled part-time IT Technician to join our Evansville, Indiana team. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, delivering timely and effective solutions to end-users. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals. Provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person, addressing user inquiries promptly. Assist with network maintenance and monitoring to ensure optimal uptime and performance. Document issues and resolutions in the IT support ticketing system for tracking and future reference. Collaborate with team members on IT projects, contributing to system improvements and upgrades. Participate in staff training for new technology implementations. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma with relevant technical experience. Proficient in troubleshooting, technical support, networking, and installation processes. Prior experience in an IT support role preferred. Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems and common software applications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective user interaction. 1-2 years of experience in IT support or related field.
