Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust Java/J2EE applications ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Design and implement RESTful services to support seamless integration across platforms.
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications using OpenShift or Docker environments.
  • Write complex SQL queries and optimize database interactions with Oracle or SQL Server.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UI components using Angular and React.
  • Utilize code quality tools such as JUnit and Sonar to ensure maintainable and high-quality code.
  • Apply Agile development methodologies to deliver iterative and incremental software solutions.
  • Monitor application performance using tools like Splunk and Dynatrace to proactively resolve issues.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Java/J2EE technologies.
  • Strong expertise in container and cloud technologies including Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS, and Azure.
  • Proficiency in RESTful services, WS-Security, Spring Framework, Spring Integration, Cassandra, Kafka, MQ, and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with Eclipse, IntelliJ, Autosys, and monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace.
  • Advanced skills in writing complex SQL queries and Unix/Linux scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with UI frameworks such as Angular and React.
  • Familiarity with code quality and testing tools like JUnit, Sonar, and Crucible.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in Agile teams.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in financial or enterprise software development environments.
  • Knowledge of Autosys job scheduling and monitoring best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions.
