Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers courteously and professionally to ensure a positive experience. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with patience and effective communication skills. Handle cash transactions and billing accurately and securely. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area and facilities. Receive and manage product orders to ensure availability for customers. Participate in inventory tasks by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies. Preferred Qualifications Education or training in Customer Service or related fields. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Empathy and customer-oriented mindset focused on problem resolution. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
