ABOUT THE ROLE
The Junior HR Assistant will support sales agent onboarding, maritime crew recruitment, and HR support tickets. This position is ideal for candidates with basic office skills, strong communication, and C1–C2 level English. Fluency in Spanish and prior HR or maritime experience are a plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Assist with onboarding processes for sales agents and maritime crew.
– Support recruitment activities under MLC 2006 regulations.
– Manage HR support tickets and respond to employee inquiries.
– Maintain HR records and documentation.
– Collaborate with team members to improve HR workflows.
– Contribute to training sessions and onboarding materials.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
– C1–C2 level English proficiency.
