As a Junior Performance Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing digital media strategies across multiple platforms. You will gain hands-on experience managing Google Ads MCC accounts, Meta Ads campaigns, and programmatic tools like DV360 and Campaign Manager. This role is ideal for professionals with at least two years of agency experience eager to deepen their expertise in online media performance and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and remarketing, ensuring efficient budget allocation and maximizing ROI.
- Administer Meta Ads Business Manager campaigns, overseeing campaign setup, monitoring, and performance reporting to meet client KPIs.
- Support programmatic media buying using platforms such as MediaMath, TapTap, DV360, Campaign Manager, Spotify, and Teads to expand campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous improvement and client growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and analytics to align strategies and deliver integrated media solutions.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key metrics and actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage and innovation.
- Assist in troubleshooting campaign issues and implementing corrective actions swiftly to minimize downtime and budget waste.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Professional degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Industrial Engineering, or Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in online media agencies with a focus on digital campaign management.
- Proficient in Google Ads MCC and multi-account management across Search, Display, YouTube, and remarketing.
- Strong command of Meta Ads Business Manager at the campaign administrator level.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present insights clearly to clients and internal teams.
