As a Junior Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping product strategies by building business models, analyzing competitive landscapes, and working closely with sales and marketing teams. This full-time position is based in Panamá and is not eligible for remote work, providing you with direct engagement in our vibrant local market.

Key Responsibilities

Build comprehensive business models to support strategic product decisions and forecast potential market impacts.
Analyze the competitive landscape to identify threats and opportunities, ensuring our products maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize demand planning and improve forecast accuracy by at least 15%.
Develop and oversee data-driven analyses, including sales, profit margins, and pricing maps for assigned product categories.
Conduct detailed market research to identify emerging consumer trends and niche development opportunities that can drive revenue growth.
Coordinate marketing activities in partnership with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
Follow up with manufacturers to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and compliance with company standards.
Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights to support continuous product improvement and profitability.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in product management, sales analysis, or market research.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred:

Experience in the FMCG or retail sectors within Panamá or Latin America.
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
Fluency in English and Spanish to support regional collaboration.
