Key Responsibilities Assist in screening resumes and conducting interviews to identify qualified candidates efficiently. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions using operational systems. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing queries and resolving issues for both clients and candidates. Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute effective recruitment campaigns that meet client needs. Participate in onboarding new hires to ensure smooth integration into client organizations. Track key performance metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and recommend process improvements. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent educational credential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for teamwork and client interaction. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in common office software and database management. No prior recruitment experience required; passion for human resources is a plus. Preferred: Previous experience in recruitment or customer service roles. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to learn and grow within the recruitment industry.
