As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our Commercial Growth Programme and seeking commercially focused professionals to join as Independent Sales Growth Partners (ISGPs). Role Summary The Independent Sales Growth Partner will establish, manage, and develop outsourced telesales operations within the Insightechs Int commercial framework. This role combines team leadership, recruitment, performance management, and business development, offering hands-on experience in sales leadership, business development, revenue operations, and commercial management. Note: This is an independent commercial partnership and does not constitute employment. Key Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and support freelance telesales representatives. Build and manage small telesales teams. Oversee outbound lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns. Monitor productivity, conversion rates, and operational KPIs. Ensure CRM compliance, accurate reporting, and workflow standards. Coordinate team development, succession planning, and performance improvement. Maintain continuity of operations through effective resource planning. Drive revenue growth through strong team leadership and commercial execution. Participate in expanding and developing additional telesales teams.
