The role is structured as an Independent Sales Growth Partner (ISGP) arrangement—not employment—and offers practical experience in sales leadership, business development, revenue operations, and commercial management.

Role Summary

As an Independent Sales Growth Partner, you will establish, manage, and develop outsourced telesales operations under the Insightechs Int commercial framework. You will lead freelance representatives, oversee lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns, and support commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and support freelance telesales representatives.
• Build and manage small telesales teams.
• Oversee outbound lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.
• Monitor productivity, conversion performance, and agreed operational KPIs.
• Maintain CRM compliance, accurate reporting, and workflow standards.
• Coordinate team development, succession planning, and performance improvement.
• Plan resources to support operational continuity.
• Support revenue growth through effective team leadership and commercial execution.
• Contribute to the expansion and development of additional teams.
