Job description
Join a dinner-service kitchen in Ambler, Pennsylvania, as a Lead Line Cook. This full-time, on-site role is suited to a responsible cook who takes pride in fresh ingredients, well-executed plates, and a clean, organized station. Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh products for daily service.
- Execute timely, attractive plates during dinner service.
- Keep your station clean and sanitized throughout the day.
- Rotate, date, and label all products.
- Maintain your station and report directly to the Chef.
Schedule and benefits
- Approximately 40 hours per week, with a five-day workweek.
- Work Tuesday through Saturday; the kitchen is closed Sunday and Monday, providing two consecutive days off.
