Position Overview This leadership role involves planning, organizing, and directing the work of surveyors and technicians engaged in precise earth surface surveying for construction, mapping, utility location, subsurface utility engineering (SUE), land division, and title purposes. The manager promotes safe work practices, evaluates staff progress, and represents the company in client meetings and conferences. Note: This position is not eligible for employer-based sponsorship except under the TN visa classification. Key Responsibilities Supervise and advise surveying staff on technical and operational matters. Ensure accurate measurement and mapping of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours. Promote and enforce safe work practices among survey teams. Evaluate staff performance and recommend improvements to meet project goals. Serve as company representative in client and industry meetings. Balance employee needs with business objectives to implement integrated solutions. Qualifications Licensed Land Surveyor with proven management experience. Strong communication and leadership skills. Proactive problem solver and change agent. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary: $140,000 per year This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lexington, Kentucky.
