Position Overview: This role plans, organizes, and directs the work of surveyors and technicians engaged in surveying the earth's surface to determine precise locations, measurements, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for construction, mapping, utility locations, subsurface utility engineering (SUE), land division, titles, and other purposes. The manager promotes safe work practices, evaluates staff progress, recommends improvements, and represents the company in client meetings. Note: This position is not eligible for employer-based sponsorship except for TN visa classification. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Supervise and advise surveying staff, ensuring quality and safety standards. Plan and coordinate surveying projects to meet deadlines and client specifications. Evaluate staff performance and recommend process improvements. Serve as company representative in meetings and conferences with clients and potential clients. Promote proactive communication and balance employee needs with business objectives. Qualifications Licensed Land Surveyor with proven management experience. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
