Required and Preferred Qualifications Graduate from a recognized institution. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in sales or customer service preferred. Industry certifications in insurance or financial planning are an advantage. Proficiency with CRM software and relevant tools. Flexibility to work part-time hours accommodating client schedules.
