Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of commercial property insurance litigation, including pre-trial and trial preparations. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong cases and provide strategic legal advice. Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations, representing them in negotiations and litigation proceedings. Prepare and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery materials. Conduct client interviews to gather facts and develop effective case strategies. Collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management. Stay current on changes in insurance law and regulatory compliance to best protect client interests. Required and Preferred Qualifications Active Bar Admission in Texas is mandatory. 3-5+ years of litigation experience, preferably focused on insurance law. Proficiency with legal research tools and e-discovery software. Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships. Experience in trial preparation and comprehensive case management. Solid knowledge of regulatory compliance within the insurance industry.
