Job description
Appraisals Phoenix & Estates, LLC is seeking a dedicated Live Chat Support Specialist to join our Phoenix, Arizona team. In this full-time role, you will be the frontline of our customer service, providing timely and professional support via live chat platforms to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities Deliver prompt and effective customer support through live chat channels. Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed product information in a courteous and professional manner. Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to help identify trends and improve service quality. Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and share best practices. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to ensure accurate customer guidance. Monitor live chat queues to meet service level agreements and ensure quick response times. Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple live chats simultaneously while maintaining professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset. Previous experience in customer support or related fields preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with customer support software or live chat systems is a plus. Commitment to delivering excellent customer service at all times. As part of our collaborative team, you will report directly to the Customer Support Manager and work closely with fellow specialists. You will also engage with sales and product development teams to ensure customer feedback drives continuous improvement. Location: This position is based in Phoenix, Arizona and is not eligible for remote work. Compensation: $45,000 per year, full-time employment.
