Key Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries, providing timely and accurate information about locksmith products and services. Handle customer complaints empathetically, ensuring resolutions that meet company standards and customer satisfaction. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of locksmith offerings to educate clients and enhance their experience. Document all customer interactions in our CRM system to track issues and improve service delivery. Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for enhancing customer satisfaction. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on new initiatives and processes. Achieve weekly performance metrics related to response times, resolution rates, and customer feedback. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Previous customer service experience preferred.
