Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to locksmith service calls across Tucson and surrounding areas, ensuring timely arrival and professional service delivery.
Install, repair, and maintain locks, security systems, alarms, and garage door hardware with precision and adherence to safety standards.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electronic locking systems to provide effective solutions.
Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining services, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction on every job.
Maintain accurate records of completed jobs, parts used, and customer interactions using company systems.
Manage your schedule efficiently to cover 14-hour availability blocks at least five days per week, including weekends and nights.
Comply with company policies including background checks, safety protocols, and use of personal tools or investment in necessary equipment.
Demonstrate reliability and professionalism to qualify for growth opportunities, including travel assignments to other major metro areas with guaranteed pay.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to navigate Tucson and nearby regions.
