We are expanding rapidly and committed to training motivated individuals eager to build a rewarding career in locksmith services. Based in Gilbert, Arizona, this full-time, on-site position offers competitive pay ranging from $50,000 to over $100,000 per year, with many technicians earning $1,000+ per week and some exceeding $2,000 weekly.

Our operation runs from 6 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, requiring technicians to be available in 14-hour blocks at least five days weekly, including weekends. Whether you are experienced or new to the trade, we provide comprehensive training and career advancement opportunities. We value reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic. Technicians can work across multiple metro areas, with guaranteed minimum weekly pay of $1,000 in major markets. Location flexibility is welcomed, but remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to locksmith, garage door, and alarm service calls across the East Valley and other metro areas.
  • Install, repair, and maintain locks, security systems, and garage door mechanisms with precision and safety compliance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electronic lock issues efficiently to minimize customer downtime.
  • Maintain accurate job records and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company safety protocols and industry best practices at all times.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and reliability by meeting scheduled availability and completing assigned shifts.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance technical skills and qualify for advancement opportunities.
