Key Responsibilities
- Receive, sample, store, and ship active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and supplies strictly following SOPs and client specifications to maintain compliance and quality.
- Manage inventory and shipment data using Oracle and site scheduling tools, ensuring accuracy and real-time updates to support operational efficiency.
- Coordinate hazardous material shipments compliant with IATA and DOT regulations; training and certification will be provided to ensure safety and legal adherence.
- Collaborate with couriers and customs brokers to guarantee timely and compliant shipments, minimizing delays and optimizing supply chain flow.
- Maintain meticulous inventory records, daily logs, and cleaning documentation to support audits and inspections, ensuring cGMP compliance.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely, contributing to warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Adhere to cGMP, safety, PPE, and gowning procedures at all times to uphold regulatory standards and workplace safety.
- Support audits, inspections, and general warehouse operations as needed, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience, preferably in a regulated or GMP environment.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic computer skills; experience with Oracle and MS Office is a plus.
- Strong multitasking abilities, capable of working independently and meeting strict deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and clear communication skills to coordinate effectively across teams.
- Physical capability to perform manual labor including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Preferred:
- Certification or experience in hazardous materials handling (IATA/DOT).
- Forklift operation certification and experience.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical or chemical warehouse environments.
- Demonstrated ability to support audit and inspection processes.
