Key Responsibilities Attend scheduled interviews and professional meetings punctually to ensure smooth candidate evaluation. Communicate clearly and confidently with interviewers, maintaining professionalism in all interactions. Share prepared updates and responses effectively, leveraging full support from our technical team to provide accurate information. Participate in optional short daily standups to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps, promoting team alignment. Support the interview process by facilitating candidate preparation without engaging in technical problem-solving or task execution. Develop strong professional relationships with candidates and interviewers, fostering trust and collaboration. Contribute to an efficient and supportive interview workflow by utilizing available team resources and tools. What We're Looking For Required: Based in Latin America with reliable internet connectivity and basic computer literacy. Native or fluent English speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and comfort engaging in business conversations.
