Kevesta Devs is seeking motivated, professional individuals based in Latin America to join our remote team as Long-Term Remote Collaboration Specialists . This role supports interview processes for U.S.-based positions, allowing you to collaborate closely with experienced senior developers and global engineering talent. As part of our structured and reliable approach, you will facilitate candidate preparations and interview workflows, contributing to long-term, trust-based collaborations. Key Responsibilities Attend interviews and professional meetings as scheduled. Communicate clearly and confidently with interviewers. Share prepared updates and responses with full support from our technical team. Join optional short daily standups to discuss progress and next steps. Support the interview process without the need for technical problem-solving or task handling. Develop strong professional relationships with both candidates and interviewers. Contribute to the efficient and supportive interview workflow by leveraging team resources. Required and Preferred Qualifications Must be based in Latin America. Native or fluent in English with strong communication skills. Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and comfort in business conversations. Basic computer literacy and a stable internet connection. Experience in coordination, customer support, recruiting, or operations is a plus. Familiarity with remote work environments is an added advantage. Our team is structured to ensure effective collaboration, with each member bringing unique skills to the table. You will report to a team lead who oversees the interviewing process, and there will be opportunities to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments including HR and business operations.
