This full-time role is essential in providing an exceptional delivery experience for our premium automotive clients. You will work in a fast-paced, modern environment focused on customer satisfaction and quality service, directly impacting our luxury brand’s reputation and client loyalty. Key Responsibilities Deliver luxury vehicles safely and punctually, ensuring meticulous care and attention to detail. Engage with clients during delivery to provide outstanding customer service and address any questions or concerns. Perform thorough vehicle inspections before and after delivery to maintain quality and performance standards. Keep accurate records of deliveries, customer interactions, and vehicle conditions. Coordinate with sales and service teams to schedule deliveries and maintain clear communication with customers. Gather client feedback to continuously improve the delivery experience. Stay informed on luxury automotive products and industry trends to educate clients effectively. Required and Preferred Qualifications Vocational training or equivalent experience in customer service or related fields. Excellent communication skills for effective client and team engagement. Strong attention to detail to ensure vehicles are delivered in pristine condition. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Prior experience in delivery or customer-facing roles preferred.
