Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of producer accounts, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships between producer organizations and Fair Trade USA.
• Analyze challenges faced by farmers and farm workers to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with global teams to align local producer needs with international fair trade standards.
• Develop strategic plans to support the growth and sustainability of producer organizations.
• Monitor compliance with Fair Trade certification requirements and support producers in meeting these standards.
• Facilitate training and capacity-building initiatives to empower producers and workers.
• Report regularly on portfolio performance, including key metrics such as producer satisfaction and certification progress.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Minimum 3 years experience in producer services, agricultural development, or fair trade sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Familiarity with fair trade certification processes and sustainability standards.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
