Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound client calls and maintain professional communication in both Mandarin and English.
• Process insurance quotes and proposals accurately using CRM and quoting software such as AMS360, EZLynx, and QuoteRush.
• Manage policy renewals, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), endorsements, and mortgagee changes efficiently.
• Follow up on payments and billing inquiries to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
• Organize inbox and calendar schedules to support smooth agency operations and client engagement.
• Enter data meticulously into CRM systems, maintaining up-to-date client and policy information.
• Support lead follow-ups and client retention initiatives to contribute to agency growth.
• Handle returned mail, inspection notifications, and document requests promptly to maintain compliance and service quality.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably remote.
