We are seeking a Marketing Assistant who is creative, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow with us as we expand our presence in Florida and beyond. What You’ll Do As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in strengthening our brand and boosting sales across various channels. Your main responsibilities include: Supporting the development and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns for coffee and related products. Creating strategies and promotional content for special dates, product launches, and seasonal campaigns. Managing and growing our social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Engaging with our online community to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty. Analyzing campaign and post performance using key metrics and recommending improvements. Assisting with the design and coordination of promotional materials such as brochures, ads, and packaging. Supporting the organization of events and brand activations. Preparing marketing performance reports and presentations. Handling administrative tasks including coordinating schedules and managing promotional inventory. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year (including internships) in marketing, social media management, or related roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with social media platforms and marketing tools. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
