Key Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to boost organic rankings in competitive local markets. Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles to enhance Google Maps visibility and improve local search rankings. Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search and Local Services Ads, to maximize qualified lead generation and ROI. Oversee Google Guaranteed campaigns, ensuring smooth verification processes and campaign performance. Conduct detailed keyword research focused on high-intent local searches relevant to the U.S. market. Analyze key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI, producing actionable reports to guide strategy. Optimize conversion rates (CRO) for landing pages and ads through A/B testing and data-driven improvements. Manage online reputation by handling reviews, local citations, and maintaining a positive digital presence. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in SEO and Google Ads management, with a strong focus on local SEO and Google Maps optimization. Hands-on experience managing Google Local Services Ads and Google Guaranteed campaigns. Proven ability to work with the U.S. market, understanding its search behavior and competitive landscape. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in performance metrics analysis and reporting. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred: Experience with CRM optimization and lead management platforms. Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and A/B testing tools.
