About the Role As an SEO & Google Ads Specialist, you will drive local online visibility and lead generation by implementing data-driven organic and paid search strategies. Your focus will be on local SEO, Google Maps optimization, and managing Google Guaranteed (Local Services Ads) to elevate business rankings and maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies. Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles to improve Google Maps rankings. Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search and Local Services Ads. Handle Google Guaranteed campaigns and verification processes. Conduct keyword research targeting high-intent local searches. Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) and prepare detailed reports. Improve conversion rates (CRO) for landing pages and advertisements. Manage online reviews, local citations, and overall online reputation. Implement continuous improvements through data analysis and A/B testing. Stay current with Google algorithm updates and industry best practices. Requirements Minimum 3 years of proven experience in SEO and Google Ads. Strong expertise in local SEO and Google Maps ranking factors. Experience working with the U.S. market is essential. Hands-on experience managing Google Local Services Ads campaigns. Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach. Compensation & Location This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico. The monthly salary is $25,000 MXN .
