Key Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for Mathematics and Science aligned with curriculum standards. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support improvement. Facilitate interactive classroom discussions to promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Motivate students to explore and excel in Maths and Science through innovative teaching techniques. Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate progress to guardians and school administration. Collaborate with fellow teachers to improve educational outcomes and share best practices. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and methodologies. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Education, preferably with a focus on Mathematics or Science. Strong knowledge of Mathematics and Science curricula and teaching methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse learners. Patience and adaptability to support students with varying learning abilities.
