Medical Billing Trainer in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico

RICARDO is seeking a skilled Medical Billing Trainer to join our team in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. Partnered with an international leader in revenue cycle management, we offer a unique opportunity to advance your career in healthcare training and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions and weekly assessments to ensure team proficiency in RCM software, compliance, and project requirements.
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Accounts Receivable client onboarding to maintain consistency and efficiency.
• Develop training modules and deliver refresher courses based on root cause analysis to close knowledge gaps effectively.

What You Need:

• At least 4 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (US Healthcare) with prior SME or Domain Trainer experience.
• Expertise in RCM methodologies, curriculum development, and knowledge effectiveness tracking.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coaching abilities and deep understanding of contact center processes and billing systems, preferably Epic.
