Key Responsibilities Review and analyze medical records to extract relevant information for accurate coding. Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation and maintain coding accuracy. Participate in coding audits and support continuous improvement initiatives. Stay informed about updates in coding regulations and compliance standards. Work with billing and claims teams to resolve discrepancies and facilitate timely reimbursements. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Proficient computer skills; experience with coding software is a plus. Internship or prior experience in medical coding is advantageous but not mandatory.
