Tekbricks is seeking a talented Middleware Developer to join our innovative team in Waxhaw, North Carolina. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to design and implement middleware solutions that enhance connectivity between diverse software applications and improve IT infrastructure efficiency. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement robust middleware solutions to ensure seamless application integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize middleware applications for peak performance and scalability. Maintain adherence to industry best practices and standards in middleware development. Participate actively in the software development life cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, testing, and deployment phases. Document system configurations and updates, and provide training and support to end-users as needed. Research and evaluate emerging middleware technologies and tools to continuously improve system functionality. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Proven experience in middleware development and integration projects. Hands-on familiarity with middleware platforms such as Apache Kafka, MuleSoft, or IBM WebSphere. Proficiency in programming languages including Java, Python, or C#. Experience with software development frameworks and database management systems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Preferred certifications in middleware technologies or relevant software development disciplines. Location: This position is based in Waxhaw, North Carolina and is not eligible for remote work.
