Key Responsibilities Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols. Assist in implementing and monitoring safety programs and initiatives. Collaborate with teams to identify and rectify potential hazards. Participate in safety meetings and promote a safety-first culture. Maintain accurate records of safety incidents and report findings to management. Support training sessions for new hires on safety protocols and company policies. Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless safety practices during mining activities. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven knowledge and experience in safety protocols, especially within mining. Certification in Safety Management or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with mining equipment and operational best practices. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is advantageous.
