Key Responsibilities Conduct daily inspections of work areas to ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, reducing workplace incidents. Operate mining equipment and machinery efficiently, adhering to operational guidelines to maintain productivity standards. Assist in the extraction and processing of minerals using best practices to optimize output quality and quantity. Maintain and clean equipment and workspaces regularly to promote a safe and organized working environment. Report any safety hazards or operational discrepancies immediately to supervisors to ensure prompt resolution. Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and meet daily production targets. Participate actively in training and development programs to improve job performance and safety awareness continuously.
