Key Responsibilities Conduct daily inspections of work areas to ensure strict compliance with safety protocols. Operate mining equipment and machinery according to established operational guidelines. Assist in the extraction and processing of minerals using best industry practices. Maintain and clean equipment and workspaces to uphold a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or discrepancies immediately to supervisors. Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize operational efficiency. Participate actively in training and development programs to improve job performance and safety awareness. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven ability to work safely in a mining environment. Strong understanding of operational safety practices within mining operations. Experience operating mining equipment is preferred but not essential. Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and flexible hours. Current safety certifications in mining operations are advantageous. At least 1 year of mining work experience is preferred.
