Key Responsibilities Operate mining machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Perform regular inspections of mining sites to ensure compliance with safety standards. Assist with loading and transporting mined materials to designated areas. Participate actively in daily safety meetings to foster a strong safety culture. Monitor and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly to supervisors. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals on various mining projects. Maintain accurate records of production output and safety incidents as required. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Strong commitment to safety and strict adherence to safety protocols. Experience in mining or heavy industrial environments is preferred. Knowledge of mining equipment and machinery operation. Ability to work under physically demanding conditions. Safety certifications or training are an advantage.
