Mini-Program Developer - China & Kagoshima, Japan

White Force is seeking a skilled Mini-Program Developer to join our dynamic team based in China, with collaborative opportunities in Kagoshima, Japan. This full-time role offers a chance to develop innovative mini-programs that enhance user engagement and drive digital growth. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive mini-programs using WXML, WXSS, and JavaScript. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features promptly. Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality and share expertise with peers. Debug and troubleshoot existing mini-programs, optimizing performance and user experience. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve mini-program functionality. Incorporate user feedback to refine and enhance mini-programs based on experience metrics. Document development processes and write clear technical specifications for future reference. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Proficiency in WXML, WXSS, and JavaScript for mini-program development. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Familiarity with relevant software development tools and frameworks. Minimum 2 years of experience in software development, focusing on mobile or web applications. Our collaborative work environment emphasizes open communication and teamwork. You will report directly to the Development Manager and work closely with design and product teams to deliver outstanding digital solutions. Compensation: $40 per hour Location: China, with collaboration opportunities in Kagoshima, Japan. This position is not remote.
