Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various motorcycle models, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Utilize diagnostic equipment to assess malfunctions and implement effective repair solutions in a timely manner. Maintain an organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols while handling tools and equipment. Collaborate with fellow mechanics to troubleshoot complex issues and share best practices. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair processes and recommendations clearly to clients. Document all repair work accurately and maintain detailed records of services performed. Stay updated with the latest technology and repair techniques through continuous learning and training opportunities. Required and preferred qualifications Technical degree in Mechanics is required. Proven mechanical, diagnostic, and repair skills specific to motorcycle engines and systems. Hands-on experience with tool handling and maintenance. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Excellent problem-solving abilities and time management skills. Customer service-oriented approach with effective communication skills. Team player with a strong awareness of safety practices in a workshop environment.
