Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on a variety of motorcycle models, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues accurately using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge.
• Inspect motorcycles to identify worn or defective parts and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate repair progress clearly to customers and management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and workshop protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve service delivery times.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs in a clear and professional manner.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a motorcycle mechanic in a professional workshop.
• Strong skills in mechanical maintenance and basic electrical diagnostics.
• Technical education or certification in motorcycle mechanics (SENA or equivalent preferred).
• Serious, honest, punctual, and highly organized work ethic.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent customer relations.
